UX Research Specialist (100%)

Focused on strategic goals and the needs of the various stakeholder groups, you will work with your team lead to develop concepts and measures for a consistent and distinctive customer experience at our digital touchpoints. In this diverse role, you will move between the areas of UX/CX, digital analytics and digital marketing. As part of cross-departmental projects, you will assume an important hub function within the company as well as with external service providers and partners.


This multifaceted role includes:

  • Carrying out user-centered projects and further development of digital products, functionalities and services
  • Definition and implementation of qualitative and quantitative user research including interviews, questionnaires, focus groups, workshops, etc., evaluation, preparation and presentation of results
  • Structuring and prioritizing user requirements while comparing them with business requirements. Derivation and development of recommendations for action, user stories and concepts
  • Collaboration on company-wide digital analytics: data acquisition, data analysis and definition of target group-oriented dashboards / reports, implementation of ad-hoc analyses
  • Close collaboration and coordination with marketing, innovation and IT teams
  • Establishment of user-centered, agile topics, methodologies and procedures in the company (HCD, UX/CX, design thinking, MVP, prototyping, etc.)

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Passion for UX/CX, HCD, usability, requirements engineering, interaction and service design, LowFi/ HiFi prototyping, user testing, etc.
  • Independent, agile way of working and project management, structured approach, self-motivated with a strong "hands-on" mentality, challenging the status quo
  • Creative, holistic customer-centric mindset, highly networked and analytical thinking and acting, interest in innovation-driving digital trends
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, confident in dealing with stakeholders at all hierarchical levels
  • Very good user knowledge of user testing and prototyping tools (Maze, Lyssna, Respondent, Adobe XD, Figma, POP, etc.)
  • Very good user knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Lookerstudio, Mouseflow, Hotjar, A/B testing tools)
  • Understanding of IT systems and dependencies, good knowledge of web technology (HTML5, JS, CSS3, Progressive Web Apps, etc.)
  • Successfully completed studies or comparable training and further education in the relevant topics and areas of responsibility
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (business fluent in both languages)
