For the Unit Multichannel Campaigns (MCC) within Karger Experience, the Karger arm which is aimed at communities and markets, we are looking for a motivated person to join our increasingly agile organization as

Multichannel Campaign Consultant Global Regions (70-90%)

You will need to work closely with various international offices as well as the other marketing teams within the organization. Your main responsibilities will be to design, implement, and oversee the agile management of multichannel campaigns at Karger Publishers worldwide and to make sure marketing communications are effective in every region Karger is present.

 

This multifaceted role includes: 

  • Actively advising internal stakeholders about appropriate marketing activities and communications that will achieve the defined goals with the optimal marketing mix
  • Responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing integrated multichannel campaigns; a selection of traditional and digital communication channels depending on the audience
  • Working closely with Karger’s regional offices in North America, Middle East, LATAM and Asia, reflecting the requirements of each market in tailored campaigns
  • Planning, organizing, and supervising booths at medical congresses as needed
  • Developing creative and goal-orientated ideas for online marketing communications, social media, and offline communications, and their efficient implementation
  • Developing appropriate means of communication and coordinating the production of the accompanying graphic material
  • Ensuring of the availability of marketing, sales, and advertising materials that appeal while taking the company´s integrated communication and content strategy into consideration
  • Preparing and overseeing budget planning
  • Compiling action reports and statistics, and monitoring success

Qualification and experience required: 

  • University degree in business or commerce or similar educational background
  • Publishing or scientific background a plus but not required
  • Further education in marketing with focus on communication, digital marketing, social media
  • Hands-on experience in running SEM/SEO campaigns (Google ads) and paid social
  • Know How in planning and implementing results-orientated multi-touch campaigns
  • Expertise in online and offline marketing programs in corporate or agency environments
  • Very good communication and persuasion skills, and ability to work in a team
  • Open to new challenges, solution-oriented thinking, and pragmatic action
  • You love to coordinate and implement tasks with different stakeholders at the same time
  • International experience with intercultural teams a plus
  • Multilingual skills are beneficial
  • A superior command of creative writing desirable
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM: Pardot, Salesforce, Hootsuite
  • High service and customer orientation
