Multichannel Campaign Consultant Editorial Development (100%)

You will need to work closely with various units as well as the other marketing teams within the organization. Your main responsibilities will be to design, implement, and oversee the agile management of multichannel campaigns at Karger Publishers and to make sure marketing communications are effective to reach out to researchers, in both roles as readers and authors.

 

This multifaceted role includes: 

  • Actively advising internal stakeholders about appropriate marketing activities and communications that will achieve the defined goals with the optimal marketing mix
  • Responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing integrated multichannel campaigns; a selection of traditional and digital communication channels depending on the audience
  • Planning, organizing, and supervising booths at medical congresses as needed
  • Developing creative and goal-orientated ideas for online marketing communications, social media, and offline communications, and their efficient implementation
  • Developing appropriate means of communication and coordinating the production of the accompanying graphic material
  • Ensuring of the availability of marketing, sales, and advertising materials that appeal while taking the company´s integrated communication and content strategy into consideration
  • Preparing and overseeing budget planning
  • Compiling action reports and statistics, and monitoring success

Qualification and experience required:  

  • Further education in marketing with focus on communication, digital marketing, social media
  • Experience in the publishing industry strongly preferred
  • Scientific background highly desired
  • Hands-on experience in running SEM/SEO campaigns (Google ads) and paid social
  • Know How in planning and implementing results-orientated multi-touch campaigns
  • Expertise in online and offline marketing programs in corporate or agency environments
  • Project management skills, ability to coordinate and implement tasks with different stakeholders at the same time
  • Very good communication and persuasion skills, and ability to work in a team
  • Open to new challenges, solution-oriented thinking, and pragmatic action
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM: Pardot, Salesforce, Hootsuite
  • High service and customer orientation
