Community Insights Specialist 80%

Among your other duties you will be responsible for the continuous development and expansion of knowledge about the personas and communities.


This multifaceted role includes:

  • Expansion of knowledge about defined personas and communities in close coordination with various internal units
  • Identifying and reviewing the needs of the personas in the defined markets, strategic departments and competence centers, advising the departments on the needs of the personas and contributing to the formulation of corresponding value propositions for products and services
  • Identification of KOLs in the communities
  • Conducting (primary) qualitative and quantitative market research by means of surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc., conducting desk research including processing and evaluating the results and deriving recommendations for action
  • Customer journey mapping, touchpoint analyses and derivation of improvement options
  • Collaboration in various interdepartmental projects

Qualification and experience required:

  • Successfully completed basic commercial training with further education/studies in the areas of marketing, market research, market/community insights
  • Professional experience in a comparable function (conducting qualitative/quantitative market research, using knowledge and information tools, persona definition and customer journey mapping), experience in the scientific environment and/or healthcare sector a great advantage
  • Self-initiative, ability to work under pressure, motivation, commitment, high service and customer orientation
  • Ability to work in a team, persuasiveness and assertiveness as well as good communication skills
  • Strongly developed networked and analytical thinking absolutely essential
  • German and business fluent written and spoken English mandatory
  • Confident use of MS Office and very good Excel skills. Experience with common market research and coding tools an advantage
