For the Strategic Competence Center Digital Health within Karger Labs, the Karger division focused on strategy, innovation and product development, we are looking for a motivated person to join our agile organization as a

Strategic Competence Specialist, Digital Health (Project Manager) (40%, initial period of 12 months)

In this role you will manage a strategic project and help structure new projects in the field of Digital Health and specifically Digital Biomarkers.You will report into the Strategic Competence Lead, Digital Health.

 

This multifaceted role includes:

  • Managing Digital Health projects in close collaboration with colleagues in the Competence Center, other Karger units, and the professional community
  • Contributing to concepts and implementations by leveraging your knowledge in Digital Health, Data Science and Software Development
  • Taking part in Digital Health meetings and conferences
  • Suggesting new projects and products in the field of Digital Health

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Solid and proven project management and organizational skills to manage projects from submission to execution
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of Digital Health and Clinical Research
  • Expertise in Data Management and Semantic Technologies a strong plus
  • Interest in the development of Digital Health
  • Confidence interacting within key stakeholders inside and outside the company
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Pro-active, resourceful and a good team player
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Very good command of English (German and additional languages a plus)
