For the Unit “Human Resources” we are looking for a motivated person to join our increasingly agile organization as

HR Business Partner (80-100%)

In this role, you will support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle process. You will also support the Head of HR & Legal and the managers in all HR matters and the Manager, HR Administration in administrative activities.


This multifaceted role includes:

  • Supporting and advising superiors on personnel decisions and matters
  • Supporting superiors & employees during change processes
  • Conducting various staff meetings
  • Management and support of HR-specific projects
  • Advice/support and organization for international HR issues / hiring, leavings, various HR topics
  • Internally very close cooperation with all units
  • Personnel planning
  • Responsible for the entire application process
  • Drafting job advertisements (DE/EN)
  • Supervision of external personnel service providers/agencies
  • Responsible for employer branding
  • Creating references / interim references / confirmation of employment / administrative HR activities
  • Budget preparation

Qualifications and experience required:

  • You have a degree in HR or equivalent and have several years of professional experience in a similar role
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the current HR-relevant laws in Switzerland (employment law / CO / social insurance etc.), experience with foreign HR relationships (Germany, UK, USA) is an advantage
  • You communicate fluently in written and spoken German and English
  • You are proficient in the use of common Microsoft programs
  • You are a communicative, team-oriented, flexible and discreet personality
  • A high level of initiative, resilience, empathy, assertiveness, persuasiveness and commitment round off your profile
